Assigning a Subscription to a Learner in EFL app
Only organization administrators can assign a subscription to a learner.
First check that you have unassigned subscriptions in your account at eflapp.com
Click on Organizations
Click on the eye icon next to the organization to which your learner has been added
If you have enough subscriptions to assign:
Click on in the sidebar
Click on Learners in the side bar
Use the search bar to find your learner or scroll down the list of learners
If this is a new learner, click on Assign Subscription next to your learner’s name
If the learner has a subscription that has expired, click on the symbol next to the date of expiration
The Assign Subscription box will show you how many unassigned subscriptions are available on your account,
Click Save
If there are no unassigned subscriptions available,there will be a button “Purchase” next to your learner’s name and you will need to purchase more subscriptions.
Subscriptions remain on an account until they are assigned to learners: this allows you to purchase subscriptions in bulk to take advantage of multiple subscription discounts.
