After purchasing the VBMAPP Assessment License, you can easily assign it to a learner within your organization. This article will guide you through the process step by step.

To begin, log into your account and navigate to the Learners tab within your organization. This tab can be found in the top navigation bar.

Once you are on the Learners tab, click on your learner's name. You will see a subscription box on the top right corner of the page.

Within the subscription box, you will see a button labeled 'Assign'. Click on this button to begin the assignment process. The Add Subscription box will show you how many subscription are available. Click on the circle next to the subscription that you want to assign to the learner and click Yes,Save

Note: you can also see how many unassigned subscriptions are available from your organization's overview page: click Organizations in the sidebar when you sign in and click your organization's name. If there are no unassigned subscriptions on your account, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

After clicking the 'Assign' button, you will be able to change the language by clicking on the "globe" symbol in the top right of the learner's profile and selecting the language from those listed in the pop-up box.

After completing the previous steps, the learner should now have an active license. You can verify this by checking the subscription box on the learner's profile.

Congratulations, you have successfully assigned a VBMAPP Assessment License to a learner! This will now allow you to create a new assessment or continue an existing one for the learner. Click on Score in the New Assessment panel.
