EFL App subscriptions information
1. EFL App subscriptions last a year. A subscription only starts when it is assigned to a learner. This allows for teams to take advantage of the bulk purchasing discounts.
2. When the yearly subscription expires, it does not renew automatically and it is the decision of the clinical team whether to continue using the EFL App with that learner, and also when to assign another subscription to the learner.
3. Past learner data remains on the account indefinitely and is available to view without a subscription.
4. However, if you wish to continue assessing the learner after his/her subscription has expired, you will need either to purchase a new subscription, or use an unassigned subscription available on the account to assign to that learner.
