1. EFL App subscriptions last a year. A subscription only starts when it is assigned to a learner. This means that the subscription period will only begin when the subscription is assigned to a learner. This allows for teams to take advantage of the bulk purchasing discounts. So, if you have a team of learners, you can purchase multiple subscriptions at once and assign them to each learner as needed.
2. The yearly subscription does not renew automatically. When the subscription period ends, it will not automatically renew. It is the decision of the clinical team whether to continue using the EFL App with that learner, and also when to assign another subscription to the learner. This gives you the flexibility to decide if you want to continue using the EFL App with the learner or not.
3. Past learner data remains on the account indefinitely. Even after the subscription has expired, the past learner data will remain on the account indefinitely. This means that you can still access and view the data without a subscription. This is useful if you want to refer back to the data for any reason.
4. If you wish to continue assessing the learner after their subscription has expired, you have two options. You can either purchase a new subscription for the learner or use an unassigned subscription available on the account to assign to that learner. This means that you can either buy a new subscription or use an existing one that has not been assigned to any learner yet.
Important note: Subscriptions cannot be transferred once assigned. If you delete the learner, the subscription will also be deleted. So, make sure to only assign subscriptions to learners who will be using the EFL App.
