There are 3 different roles you can assign to other clinicians on the EFL App: Organization Administrator, Clinician, and Observer. In order to assign users these different roles, you will need to be an organization administrator. If you are not an organization administrator (org admin), please contact your organization’s EFL App org admin. If you are an org admin, you can assign these three different roles to users of the App:
Organization Administrator: An organization administrator can add learners, add groups, assign other users to see learners, and purchase. This person will have access to all the learners in your organization. You can assign another user to be an org admin by following the steps below:
a) Click on the organizations tab:
Click on the “eye icon” to the right of the organization name to which you would like to add another organization administrator:
When on the organization’s dashboard, click on the users box to view an org wide users for your organization and add additional org wide users. Org wide users are those users that have access to all learners in the organization regardless of the role they have been assigned. Any users that have only been given access to a specific learner or group of learners will not be listed here.:
Click on the “invite user” box. Fill in the user’s email address in the box that appears:
Change the permission to “organization administrator” and click invite. This user will now be an additional organization administration for this organization on EFL App.
Clinician: A clinician can view and edit a learner’s EFL App. You can assign another user to be an organization-wide clinician or a group clinician. An org wide clinician will have access to view and edit all learners in the organization. To invite someone to be an org wide clinician follow the steps below:
Click on the organizations tab:
Click on the “eye icon” to the right of the organization name to which you would like to add another organization administrator:
When on the organization’s dashboard, click on the users box to view an org wide users for your organization and add additional org wide users. Org wide users are those users that have access to all learners in the organization regardless of the role they have been assigned. Any users that have only been given access to a specific learner or group of learners will not be listed here.:
Click on the “invite user” box. Fill in the user’s email address in the box that appears:
Change the permission to “clinician” and click invite. This user will now be an org wide clinician for this organization on EFL App.
To assign a user to be a clinician for only one learner or a group of learners on EFL App first set up a “group” and add specific learners to that group and assign the user to be a clinician for that specific group.

Observer: An observer can view a learner’s EFL App. This person can not edit or enter data. You can assign a user to be an org wide observer or a group observer. An org wide observer will have access to view all learners in the organization. To invite someone to be an org wide observer follow the steps below:
