Adding a Learning to EFL App
In order to add a learner to EFL App you will need to be an organization administrator for the EFL App account. If you are not, you will either need to be given that role or you will need to ask an organization administrator to add the learner that then allow you access to that learner.
If you are an organization administrator please follow the steps below to add a learner to the account:
Click on the organizations tab:
Click on the “eye icon” to the right of the organization name to which you would like to add the learner:
When on the organization’s dashboard, click on the learners box to view learners in the organization and add additional learners:
In the learners tab you can see all learners that are part of this organization, any groups they are attached to, and when their subscriptions expire. To add new learners, click on “add learner” button:
Add the relevant information in the box that comes up (note adding a code is optional). After filling in the information click create learner:
Once a learner is added you will need to assign a subscription to that learner;this can be done when you or your team wish to begin using EFL. You may also want to put that learner into a group and assign team members to see that group.
At any point you can edit the learner information by clicking the “pencil icon” to the right of the learner’s name in the organization dashboard. Clicking the “trash can icon” will delete the learner from the account. Coming soon will be the ability to make a learner inactive so you can keep them in the organization’s account but remove them from the current learners list.
Yearly subscriptions do not auto renew in the EFL App. You will always have access to your learner’s data even if the subscription expires, but only having a current subscription will allow you to update any data or take new data.
