You can assign team members (clinicians/teachers/admin/parents) access to learners organization-wide on EFL App or you can give them access to only particular learners.
Authorizations need to be done by organization administrators(org admin) on EFL App. If you are not an org admin you will either need to be made an org admin or have an org admin assign you as a user on the account.
Click on the organization tab on the left hand side
Click on the “eye icon” for the relevant organization
If you want to add users to the organization as a whole (either as an org admin, a clinician or an observer), click on the user button and enter that person's email address and select the role you wish to assign them by clicking on the drop down menu under permissions.
If you want to add a user to a specific, already created group, click on the group box and click on the “eye icon” for that particular group. Here on that specific group page you can add the user by clicking on the “add user” box and entering their email and whether you wish them to be either a clinician or an observer for that group.
If you want to add a user to a new group that has not been created yet, click on the group box and click on “add group” on the right hand side. Enter the group name and click “create group”. Once created click on the “eye icon” for that new group. Here on that specific group page you can add the user by clicking on the “add user” box and entering their email and whether you wish them to be either a clinician or an observer for that group.
If you wish to assign a user to have access to the EFL Training, click on the “assign training” box on the specific organization page and enter that user’s email and click “assign”. Now when they log into their account they will see the blue EFL 101 button at the top right of the page.
