Follow the steps below to check your available licenses and reassign one to the learner.
🔹 Steps to Renew a Learner's License:
Log into your account and head to the Organization tab on the left-hand menu.
Click on the Organization the learner belongs to.
On the first page (the Overview tab), look for the section titled Unassigned Subscriptions.
If you have an available subscription listed, you can proceed.
If you do not have any available subscriptions, you will need to purchase a new license first. (See our Purchasing a License guide).
Once you confirm you have a license available, click on the "Learners" tab inside your organization.
Find your learner by either scrolling or using the search bar.
Click on the learner’s row to open their details.
In the top-right corner, click the "Assign License" button.
Select the available license from the list and confirm by clicking "Apply".
After this, the learner’s status will update, and you will be able to continue their current assessment or start a new one.
