How to Delete a Learner on the VBMAPP App

The VBMAPP App is a powerful tool for tracking and analyzing the progress of learners in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. However, there may come a time when you need to delete a learner from your organization. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the learner no longer receiving ABA therapy or a duplicate entry. Whatever the reason may be, this article will guide you through the process of deleting a learner on the VBMAPP App.

Step 1: Access Your Organization

To delete a learner, you will need to access your organization on the VBMAPP App. After logging in, click on the Organization tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you to your organization's main page.

Step 2: Navigate to the Learners Page

Once you are on your organization's main page, click on the Learners tab. This will bring you to a page that lists all the learners in your organization.

Step 3: Search for the Learner

If you have a large number of learners in your organization, you can use the search bar at the top of the page to find the specific learner you want to delete. Simply type in the learner's name and click the search button.

Step 4: Select the Learner

Once you have located the learner you want to delete, click on the checkbox to the left of their name in the table. This will select the learner.

Step 5: Click the Delete Button

After selecting the learner, a red delete button will appear near the search bar. Click on this button to proceed with deleting the learner.

Step 6: Confirm the Deletion

A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Please note that this action is irreversible and will delete all data associated with the learner. If you are sure you want to delete the learner, click on the confirm button.

Congratulations!

You have successfully deleted a learner on the VBMAPP App. Please note that this action cannot be undone, so make sure you are certain before proceeding with the deletion.
