Before you can buy any assessments, you need to have an Organization set up (see “How to Create an Organization” if you haven’t done this yet). Subscriptions live at the Organization level and aren’t transferable—make sure you’re in the right one before checking out.
Select your Organization
If you manage more than one, double-check you’ve picked the correct one—subscriptions can’t be moved between Organizations.
Open Products
From the sidebar, click Products.
3. Configure Your Item
Enter the Quantity and choose the Language for the assessment.4. Add Products
Hit Add to cart to add your selected product to your cart
Review or Add More
When you’re ready, click Cart to proceed.It will summarize your order
Once confirmed click Proceed to Checkout
Choose payment method. If you are paying with a credit card, then enter
Card number
Expiration date
CVC
Billing ZIP code
Click Buy Now and wait a few seconds—avoid clicking twice. You’ll see a confirmation once your payment goes through.
If your organization uses purchase orders, select that as a payment method and click Generate Quote. The quote will be emailed to you for you to give to your organization's business office to create and email the purchase order.
6. For Training you can head to Assign Training to assign the training, and for assessments, you'll head to the learner you wish to assign the assessment to and click assign subscription.
The free ABA 100 training does not need to be assigned it is assigned automatically and is available on your My Trainings tab upon creation.
An important purchase note: You're buying only a one year license when purchasing training or the VB-MAPP assessment. This means there is no renewal and you won't have to worry about getting charged again for the training or the assessment.
Once a training or assessment is assigned, you cannot remove it. However if you're having any issues or have accidentally assigned the training or assessment to the wrong profile, you can reach out to us for assistance.
