In the VB-MAPP app, you can choose whether to add colleagues as organization administrators or users.
An organization administrator has full access to the account whereas a user has access to a group of learners or a specific learner only.
To add a colleague as a user, the colleague must first create his/her own account at vbmappapp.com, but importantly not add an organization to his/her account as you will be sharing a part of your organization with him/her.
You will then need to create a group in the account:
Click Organizations
Click On your Organization
Go to the Groups and create and Save the group
You can then add users/clinicians/teachers to the group and select learners to add to the group.
When your colleague signs in to hi/her account, he/she will see the learners that you have authorized him/her to access in the list of My Learners.
