Creating an Organization for Your VB-MAPP App Admin Account

**** This article applies only to VB-MAPP App Administration Accounts. *****

If your account will be the VB-MAPP App Admin Account for your Company, you will need to set up your Organization. You will also need an Organization if you will be purchasing training for your personal use.

An Organization is a group or entity that will be using the VB-MAPP App. This can be a company, school district, or even an individual. Creating an Organization will allow you to manage and track the progress of your users and their assessments.

To create an Organization for your VB-MAPP App Admin Account, follow these steps:

1. Click on My Organizations. If you do not already have an Organization you will see the screen below. Click ADD AN ORGANIZATION button to begin creating a new Organization.

2. Enter the name of your Organization, Company or School District.

(If you are creating this Organization in order to purchase training for personal use, we recommend naming your organization with your first and last name to avoid confusion with other organizations you may be associated with.)

If your Organization will allow Milestone regression, turn on Regressions with the toggle switch. Regressions can be turned on/off at a later time.

3. Click Save to save your Organization name and regression settings.

4. Your new Organization will now show under the My Organization tab. Clicking on the Organization will take you to the Organization section where you will see an overview of your Organization. You will also and be able to complete tasks associated with your Organization for this page.

Congratulations! You have successfully created an Organization for your VB-MAPP App Admin Account. You can now begin adding users and managing their assessments within your Organization.
