An Organization Administrator has full access to all data, settings, and purchasing abilities within the Organization — essentially acting as a co-owner.
If you want to provide more limited access, consider using Group Authorization instead.
🛠 How to Add an Organization Administrator
Log in to your VB-MAPP App account.
Click Organizations from the main dashboard.
Select the Organization you want to update.
Click the Administrators tab.
5. Click the Add Administrator button.
6. Enter the email address of the user's VB-MAPP App account.
7. Click Save.
❗ If You See an Error
If the account doesn’t exist in our system, you’ll see an error message.
Double-check the email address for typos.
If it's correct, ask the user to create an account first — they must have a VB-MAPP App account before being added as an Administrator.
✅ Once Added
The new Administrator will appear in the Administrators List with full access permissions.
