A new feature of the VB-MAPP App is hiding the learners from the front page of the app for privacy reasons. If you login and do not see your learners, trust me, they are all in the My Org section of the app. The process involves the Org Admin creating a group and then authorizing staff to see or update those records. Only the learners that you are supposed to see will appear on the front screen of the app. Take a look at the links below to see how to manage groups, dd learners to groups and how to authorize staff and start an assessment.
