How to Add or Remove an Authorized User to a Group
Follow***** This article applies only to VB-MAPP App Administration Accounts. *****
HOW TO ADD A USER
1. Select your organization from the My Organizations tab
2. From the Groups tab select the group
3. Click ADD USER button
4. Enter the email address on the User's VB-MAPP App account & choose their permission level. Then click Add User.
5. If the email address entered is not a valid VB-MAPP App Account, the following error will show. The User will need to create a free VB-MAPP App Account before they can be assigned to a Learner Group.
HOW TO REMOVE A USER
1.Select your organization from the My Organizations tab
2. From the Groups tab select the group
3. Click Group Management
4. Remove the User from the Group
