How to Add an Organization Administrator
Follow***** This article applies only to VB-MAPP App Administration Accounts. *****
1. Log in to your VB-MAPP App Account
2. Click on my Organizations
3. Select the Organization to add an Administrator to
2. Click on Administrators
3. Click the Add Administrator button
4. Enter the email address of the VB-MAPP App account of the User that will be added as an Administrator.
5. Click Add Administrator
6. If the account does not exist in our system, you will receive the following error.
Check that the email address has been entered correctly.
If the email address is correct, then an account will need to be created before the User can be added as an Administrator.
7. The new Administrator will now show in the Administrators List
