If your email address has changed, you do not need to create a new account.  You can edit your email address.

1.  Click Create Account

2.  Enter your First and Last name, a valid email address, and a password.

3.  Click Create Account

If your account cannot be auto-verified, you will receive a message to check your inbox for a verification email.  Please click on the link in the email to activate your Vb-MAPP App Account.
