Refunds are not issued for unused subscriptions.  

For example, if you purchased 5 learners and then decide you will only use 3, we cannot refund the 2 unused learners.

If you would like a refund on your entire purchase we will refund the entire amount during the first month.  After that we will refund a prorated amount based on how many months you are into your subscription.  

For example, if you purchased 1 learner at $49/ year, your monthly cost would be the equivalent fo $4.08 ($49/12 ).  If you cancel in the second month, we will refund $40.84 ($49-8.16) in the third month $36.76 ($49-$12.24), etc.

Please be aware that if the entire purchase is refunded you will no longer have access to any of your learners until a new subscription is purchased.
