Link is Expired in Account Verification or Password Reset Email
FollowIf you have received a Password Rest Email or an Account Verification email and you are receiving a message indicating that the Link has expired, it may be that your company is using an email filtering program that is resolving the URL before you even receive the email.
We have very strict industry-standard security protocols on our website that only allows the token in the URL that we send in the email to be used once. Since the email filter is resolving the URL, the token is invalidated before you even have an opportunity to use it.
You will need to speak to your IT Department and explain what is happening.
