You can authorize someone else to assist you as the administrator. If you add an authorization on this main page, you are authorizing the user to be another administrator which means s/he will see all learners and groups in your organization. See “Authorizing Users” below for info on adding staff members who can see only certain groups, not all learners.
If you wish to do this you must be on the Organization page.
1) Click on “+ New auth” on the top right-hand side of the page
2) Enter the email of the person you wish to be your co-administrator. This will need to be the exact email s/he used to set up a free eflapp.com account.
3) Complete the Notes section e.g. full name of co-administrator and qualification.
3) Leave his/her role as “Organization administrator”
4) Click “Create
As an administrator, you can add learners, add groups, move learners to groups, create roles for staff members.
