If you're experiencing unusual issues with the app, a few quick steps may help resolve them. In this guide, we'll show you how to clear your cache and use a private window to troubleshoot effectively.
Step 1: Clear Your Browser Cache
Clearing your cache removes stored data that may be causing glitches or outdated behavior.
To clear your cache in Google Chrome:
Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
Click Clear browsing data.
Select Cached images and files, then click Clear data.
If you're using another browser (like Firefox, Safari, or Edge), you can usually find a "Clear browsing data" option in the settings menu.
Step 2: Use a Private (Incognito) Window
If clearing your cache doesn't solve the issue, try using a private window. This mode disables extensions and doesn't use your saved cache, making it great for troubleshooting.
To open a private window in Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select New Incognito Window.
Or, use the shortcut: CTRL + SHIFT + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac).
Other browsers offer similar private modes (like "Private Window" in Firefox and Safari).
Step 3: Recreate the Issue
Once you're in a private window:
Log in to the app.
Try to reproduce the issue you experienced earlier.
If the problem persists, please reach out to our support team. Our developers will investigate further and work with you to find a solution.
